WatchCurrent (“we”, “us”) operates www.watchcurrent.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is not legal advice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we collect

The optional target-price alert preview measures interest in future notifications. Submitting it sends the watch reference, currency and target price to our analytics tools. It does not collect an email address or create a notification subscription.

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and Railway for its database. These providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how people find and use WatchCurrent. These tools may collect page views, clicks, search lengths and filter types, session statistics, approximate location, browser or device information, and (outside search) PostHog session replay and unhandled errors. They may set first-party cookies such as _ga and ph_* to distinguish users and sessions. We do not send raw natural-language search text in analytics events. Search requests are processed transiently by our Cloudflare search service; when semantic search is enabled, the relevant query and bounded watch evidence may be sent to TypeSafe to interpret preferences.
